The car as purchased
from a friend of ours. We had
previously converted the car to Fiat 1600 power with disc
brakes and telescopic dampers.

The car needed quite
a bit of welding to make it solid. For
ease of working the body was put on its side.

We wanted to make the
car absolutely solid as we intended
to keep the car for a long time, so many parts of the shell
were replaced.
